Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
Please note that all content on this website, including images and descriptions, is provided for general informational and illustrative purposes. At Little Star Enterprises, Inc. (LSE) and Iron Mountain Armory, we pride ourselves on the unique handmade nature of our products. As such, variations in color, tint, hue, material texture, paint, brocade, and patterns are expected due to the handcrafted nature of production and the custom configurations requested by our customers.
Additionally, because many of our materials are natural, there may be natural blemishes or defects in the materials. These are not flaws but are inherent to the natural beauty and uniqueness of the materials used. Furthermore, the color and visual appearance of products may vary depending on monitor or screen settings, which can affect how colors, tones, tints, and hues appear on your device.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
- Origin of Shipment: Unless otherwise noted, all orders are drop-shipped directly from China. As the importer of record, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including any applicable customs and import duties.
- Importer of Record: As the recipient, you are the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Charges Incurred Upon Import: Your order may be subject to local and import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These are levied once the shipment reaches your country and are detailed on your invoice under ‘H-TAX’ or ‘H-VAT’, which includes all applicable taxes and handling charges for order processing and customs clearance assistance.
- Additional Charges: Despite our efforts to estimate and pre-charge possible fees, unforeseen additional charges for customs clearance or warehousing may arise if your package is not cleared promptly. Such charges are beyond our control and cannot reliably be predicted.
- Customs and Import Regulations: Customs policies vary by country. You may be required to provide a Tax ID or Social Security number for importing goods. For your convenience, this information can be provided during the checkout process, which helps streamline customs clearance. This information is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with international data protection standards. ORDER PROCESSING / LEAD TIME Each product has an average crafting time towards the bottom of its description. This is the average crafting time of this particular item and does not reflect the time in which may be needed to process, review order details with the armory, schedule production, quality control inspect and extra time needed if there is a delay (errors, defective materials, re-work, receiving materials, pandemic, etc). Each item is made with attention and care, so we do not want to rush your order. We will do our best to keep you updated on your order progress, but please understand there are many determining factors which can speedup or delay the crafting of your order. Therefor the average production time is not guaranteed.
CRAFTING Because these items are handcrafted, they may have minor blemishes, errors, defects, imperfections, issues, incorrect sizing etc. Again, we do our best to fix and note these issues during the QC process, however some are considered acceptable. This is why LSE has a strict all sales are final policy.
We do our best to provide each client with notice to any changes and provided additional options. However, we might not notify you, especially if certain materials, colors, patterns, designs are no longer available, changed or will not be obtainable for a long period of time.
Due to the nature of the custom design, sizing of our products and the different body types of our many clients, we do not guarantee standard or custom sized items will fit.
We might note these changes / issues in the QC report and provide for your review before shipping your order.
Custom logos, symbols and mons: Buyer confirms they have the legal rights to use any submitted logo, design, mon or symbol to be painted, print, engraved or used in anyway. LSE and Iron Mountain Armory reserves the right to refuse Buyer artwork, logo(s), and/or design requests for any reason.
CUSTOMIZATIONS / AMENDING / UPDATING ORDERS Due to the personalized design of your custom handcrafted items, all sales are final. This means, once your order is paid (via the Website, Invoice or Other) you cannot change the color, size, options or other details. If you make a request to change any detail after your order is placed and, before the factory reviews your order, we will do everything we can to honor your request. However, we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. If you pay a fee for the amending or updating of your order and we fail to fulfill all or part, we will refund in part or full, the fee associated with that amending or updating. Any fee or refund will be separate from your original order and payment.
Custom requests in the “Order Notes” dialog box, email, messenger or the telephone, which are not a part of our “standard options” (ie: make extra-long, extra thick, extra dark, add 10 cm, etc) cannot be guaranteed and if we fail to fulfill the request, we will refund the fee associated with that custom request. Any fee or refund will be separate from your original order and payment.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs with flexibility. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, a nominal cancellation fee of 5% of the total order amount will be applied. Additionally, we will deduct costs for materials, resources, and labor accrued by Little Star Enterprises, Inc. and Iron Mountain Armory in the preparation of your order.
Before finalizing the cancellation, we will calculate the total deductions and review the detailed costs with you. This ensures you are fully informed of the final refund amount. At this point, you will have the opportunity to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the cancellation or continue with the production of your order. We are committed to ensuring a fair and amicable outcome for both our clients and the armor.

Warranties

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding when they don’t. While we don’t operate service stations and thus cannot offer express or implied warranties, we are committed to standing behind our products 100%.
At LSE, we serve as your buying agent, which allows us to reduce the costs of the products you love. This approach ensures that you receive your customized orders not only at the most competitive prices but also with the highest quality possible. Rest assured, if any issues arise with your order, we are here to resolve them quickly and amicably. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience as smooth and satisfying as possible.
If you receive an item that you believe is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please let us know within five (5) calendar days of delivery. Don’t forget to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review everything carefully and, if appropriate, we’ll discuss options to repair, replace, or refund your item.
Should your item need a repair or replacement, a return label will be sent to you via email. Please ensure to send the package back to us through the courier service within five (5) calendar days of receiving this label.

Limitation of Claims
Any claims related to defects or failures of products must be reported within 30 days of discovering the issue. If a defect is observed, please cease all use of the product immediately to prevent any further damage or potential risk of injury to yourself or others.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of products purchased from LSE shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
GOVERNING LAW
In the interest of resolving disputes efficiently and amicably, both parties agree to first seek resolution through arbitration conducted by a neutral third-party arbitrator, selected by Little Star Enterprises, Inc. This arbitration will be held in the state where Little Star Enterprises, Inc. is registered, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Should litigation be necessary, both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Little Star Enterprises, Inc. shall apply, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of said State’s courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the [District]. Both parties expressly waive any right to a trial by jury.
