Unleash the fury and protection of the Arashi Nio-Do Yoroi, also known as the “StormTrooper Samurai.” This premium Artisan Kachushi armor is inspired by the Nio (仁王) or Kongorikishi (金剛力士), the formidable guardians of the Buddha known for their muscular and furious demeanor.

Hand-hammered to perfection, this armor is crafted to contour to the wearer’s body, featuring intricate muscle embossing both front and back. The zunari kabuto (helmet) is constructed from three laminated plates, riveted and polished to a flawless finish. The shino suneate (splint plate armored shin guards) ensure a comfortable and secure fit, while the gohon-zutsu-gote style kote (armored sleeves) with waki-gessen and kogake (foot armor) offer comprehensive protection.

The menpo (face mask) features a design reminiscent of the masks worn by Stormtroopers in the movie “Star Wars,” written and directed by George Lucas, who drew significant inspiration from the Japanese jidaigeki (period piece) film, “The Hidden Fortress,” by Akira Kurosawa.
