Select to change, customize or remove the front crest (maedate) on the helmet. You can select a standard brass mon (symbol), your own custom mon / logo or a wooden or brass design. Fukigaeshi Mons

Add a symbol (mon) to the ears (fukigaeshi) of your helmet. This can be a standard mon or custom design you can email us in "Clip-Art" format. (Click through the product images to see different Standard Mon Options.)

Ring Option

Add a Kasa Jirushi no Kan (ring with tassel) to the back of a helmet with an Agemaki Bow (a specially knotted cord).

Display Type

Choose to upgrade your Kabuto Stand or add a Kabuto Bitsu (Storage/Display Box) to your order.

Kabuto Rivet Option

Select if you would like your helmet to be smooth or have raised rivets.

Trim Options

Select this option to add a metal trim (fukurin) around the outer edges of your helmet. This option might differ depending on model and/or different options selected.

Description

The Stormtrooper Kabuto is another amazing Artisan Kachushi kabuto available exclusively from Iron Mountain Armory. This zunari kabuto is crafted from 3 laminated plates, riveted together and then polished over. This kabuto is a traditionally designed samurai helmet with the menpo (mask) being an inspired design from the galaxy far, far away. The zunari kabuto has been crafted with a broad central plate to which the koshimaki and visor were riveted. Another two broad plates form the bowl (hachi). The shikorowas from three to five U-shape lamellae, laced with simple sugake-odoshi. This style of Stormtrooper kabuto was very popular during the end of the Sengoku Jidai and was a very robust, effective and attractive design. Samurai Stormtrooper kabuto

This Storm Trooper samurai kabuto is amazing detail and crafted completely of metal. Helmet and mask is very smooth and very fine quality. I am in love with this kabuto with mask. It is truly a masterpiece and I am so proud that I own it!
